Adulting is strange enough sometimes, isn’t it? Add in the layer of adoption and things can become even more complicated. In this 6-module training, we'll name some of those barriers to well-being that adoptees might face in adulthood, and consider the tools and skills we might need in order to negotiate this stage in our lives. Topics include birth story, mental health, relationships, negotiating the (dis)connection between multiple family systems, and the search for meaning and joy in community as we move in and through various seasons throughout our lifespan.
