I wrote this book in 2018 to help support adoptees in their process of emotion exploration and expression.

I'm currently working on a manuscript to address the adoptee journey in far greater scope and detail, sort of like a high definition version of an old VHS tape, and with updated content to help us walk through the needs and opportunities of 2024 and beyond.
